Holding Serve

The Caps won a thrilling and tenseĀ game at home in overtime, 1-0, to protect home ice advantage. We lead the series now two games to none.

Mike Green scored the game-winner, his eighth OT game-winner, and 18th game-winner of his career. "Game over" Green.

We now head to New York to play two games at Madison Square Garden, Monday and Wednesday nights.

Our special teams were "special". We killed off power plays and we scored in OT on our power play. The differential is quite small between success and failure in the playoffs.
