Wizards Win on Road - Have 500 Record on Road and At Home

We are back at 500.

There are 26 games left to play. Half at home - half on the road.

We started the season at 2 and 7. We have played 5 games over 500 since that bad start.

As we enter this playoff  qualifying race - we do now have some recently added vet players in the rotation such as Al Harrington and Andre Miller who have "been there and done that". I am hopeful they can add some savvy and some moxie into the line up to help our young players and teach them how to win when it counts.

Seeing Kevin Seraphin and Al Harrington team up to replace Nene as he went down with a banged up knee was comforting to our  fans and the coaching staff. Harrington can back up Seraphin and Booker - two young players that we drafted.

Seeing an Andre Miller - who is 9th all time in the NBA in assists backing up John Wall and Bradley Beal, two drafted players, and one of the youngest back courts in the NBA is also smart.

And if Nene should miss some time - Martell Webster can play more minutes, as we have depth with two vets and one rookie in Otto Porter all playing small forward.

Here are clips from around the web on the game last night. Check them out here, here and here.
