6 Players in Double Figures - A Nice Road Win

The Wizards, surprisingly, now sport a 500 record on the road. We beat a Pelicans team by having 6 of our players log double figures in the scoring column and by shooting  better than 47 percent from the field. A nice total team effort. We had a big lead almost slip away and we need to keep focus on playing an entire game when we have such a big lead in the fourth quarter.

The road trip doesn't get any easier though as we head to Indiana. The schedule doesn't get any easier as we then play next night at home against Houston. Playing 4 games in 5 nights is a grind for any team. Tough schedule.

The Wizards remain in 5th place in the East; while the Capitals are now in the 9th spot in the East. The Wizards have a better road record than a home record. Read all about it here, here, and here.
